As PROJECT DIRECTOR/DESIGNER for Exscape Designs, you will oversee business development and sales management of new and existing customers to reach company revenue goals. You will create accurate and innovative designs and details through consultations and direction of clients and personnel. You will evaluate and produce accurate estimates of jobs within the established company profit margins. You will work with all other managers and team members to assure company reaches or exceeds its strategic objective. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of sales experience, with a background in landscape/hardscape design and estimating. Planning, organizing and negotiating skills, business knowledge, communication skills, personal accountability, performance management and employee development, and ability to foster a respectful workplace. Outside community organization involvement desired.
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; or three – five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Landscape Architecture Degree is a plus.
