POSITION TITLE: Accounting/HR Coordinator

Are you looking for a fast-paced, growing firm with relentless commitment to company culture and customer experience? As the Accounting/HR Coordinator at Exscape Designs, you will report directly to the Director of Administration and Finance and closely interact with vendors, clients, and employees in all departments.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Processing monthly and weekly Accounts Receivable quickly and accurately
  • Detailed weekly A/R reporting, including coordinating and driving collections process
  • Bi-weekly payroll processing in Paycor
  • Accounts Payable – posting all overhead payables to correct G/L account, weekly check-run, communication with vendors
  • Credit Card Reconciliations
  • End of year 1099 Reporting
  • Financial data collection and reporting for Leadership Team
  • Assist with all internal and external HR related matters
  • Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
  • Assist with the recruitment process by screening candidates, conducting reference and background checks, and issuing employment offers
  • Manage the employee database and update records of new staff

 

DESIRED QUALITIES:

The ideal candidate will be possess a keen eye for detail, exhibit a take charge attitude, be very comfortable enforcing processes and policies, demonstrate a high level of trustworthiness, and will approach problem solving with a “can-do” outlook.

 

DESIRED SKILLS:

  • Experience with QuickBooks, Paycor, and BOSSLM is a major plus.
  • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
